New pictures of Borys and Sebastian on their page. Boys are still waiting for their forever loving pet home. They are less popular due to 'boring' colours, it's just black and white but they make such a wonderful pair I wouldn't split them. Eventually they will find their home, as long as it's forever we don't mind waiting!

Two pairs of boars came in from Worcester together with 14 sows. They will be available for adoption after they are sorted probably towards the end of November. Two Swiss boars, one pink eyed cream/white/safron the other self black younger boar. The PE one has few scabs on his back so that has to heal first and the coat needs to grow back before they are offered to a pet home. This pair: Swiss dal boar and self black Merino boar. Dal boar will be staying in a rescue, he's too likely to end up in a breeding block again. Merino boar will be paired up with another boar and offered to a pet home once the issue with his cloudy eyes is sorted. We've taken in 18 Piggies from ex-breeder in Worcester who wasn't coping with the number of Guinea Pigs she had. There are 14 sows (Merino, Texel, Swiss) and 4 boars in two bonded pairs (Swiss, Texel if I'm correct). They all have skin irritation issues from mange mite infestation, so they all got a first portion of bimectin on 10th of Septemeber. Sows will remain in the rescue for minimum of 10 weeks for the pregnancy watch, any can be reserved and/or sponsored during that time. Updates will be posted on FB page. |
